Service Description

Service is included so give us a call or request a service call on our website. Our scheduling department will give you a call and set up a convient time for us service the equipment. Before you call here are some comon things to check. No cold water is dispensing- Although our coolers supply an endless supply of water it does take time to refill the reservoir. We have cooler from all sizes to fit your needs. If your office staff refills large water bottles and the cooler needs time to refill it may be time to upgrade. Our service technicians are qualified to change the filters or recommend a bigger unit if needed. No Hot water is dispensing- Our hot water tanks replenish with help from the cold water tank. If either tank runs low the hot water will stop dispensing until both the reservoirs have refilled so the heating elements do not burn out. Wait about 15 or 20 min before dispensing. If the problem persistence we will have our qualified technician dispatched to evaluate the cooler. The water taste funny- Most of our coolers use purified oxygen to sanitize the reservoir. This keeps bacteria from growing in the reservoir which most coolers do not control. On occasion if water is dispensed right after this sanitizing cycle an order or taste may be present. The use of purified oxygen is natures chlorine and is safe to consume the on-board computer monitors the system for safety and will often purge any excess purified oxygen. Let the cooler finish the sanitization cycle and if the problem persistence we will have our qualified technician dispatched to evaluate.
